Are your designs original?
Every design is original and created in-house. Each piece is shaped through hand-painted artwork, concept development, and a clear connection to our roots and the outdoors.
Where are your products made?
Our products are produced through trusted partners, with design and creative direction led between South Africa and Australia to ensuire quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

DO YOU KEEP STOCK ON HAND?
We don’t hold bulk stock. Each piece is produced intentionally – either made to order or released in limited production runs – allowing us to focus on quality, detail, and a more considered product.
why is everything made to order?
We prioritise quality over quantity. Producing each piece intentionally allows us to reduce waste, refine every detail, and ensure each item meets our standard..
how long does my order take?
Delivery times depend on your region and production model. Australia orders are part of limited production runs. Once the minimum quantity is reached, production begins. Delivery is estimated at 3-5 weeks after production starts. South Africa orders are made to order, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Are your shirts true to size?
Our shirts are designed to fit true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Orders are fulfilled based on your selected region – Australia or South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may cary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on Australia and South Africa, but may expand in the future.

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
if something’s not right
Can i exchange or return an item?
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind. If you need a different size, we’re happy to arrange an exchange – please note this will be treated as a new order, and standard production time will apply.
What if my item is faulty?
Every piece goes through quality checks, but if something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it. Get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Do you cover return shipping?
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. For size exchanges, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
